HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE WINNER? ARE THE COMPETITION WINNERS CHOSEN AT RANDOM?

A limited number of tickets are sold for each competition, each contestant is assigned a ticket number. Once the competition has sold out, a draw is conducted live on our Facebook page. An email is sent out making contestants aware of the draw and the results are posted on our Facebook Page and website. Once you have won the prize, our team will be in contact to arrange for delivery of your prize.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRIZE TO BE DELIVERED?

After successfully contacting the winner, we aim to have their prize delivered within 21 days. In some circumstances, we will invite the winner to pick up the prize from our head office

HOW MANY ENTRANTS AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE IN ONE DRAW?

Each player can enter any competition a maximum of 20 times.

HOW MUCH IS IT TO ENTER?

Tickets range from 99p to £20 depending on the prize on offer.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM THE PRIZE?

After the winner has been selected, we will contact them via the details they have provided. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, they will be disqualified and the prize will be rewarded as a bonus in the next promotion.

CAN I TAKE CASH AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE MAIN PRIZE?

In most instances, we would be happy to provide a cash alternative to the winner. The cash alternative agreed will be 70% of the value of the most expensive prize available within that particular competition or of the ticket sales, whichever is lower. However, we have the right to refuse the cash alternative for any of our competitions. We would always advise to contact us before the draw and make us aware if a cash alternative is your preference.
